Booking Process

To begin your event planning journey, contact our team through our website, phone, or email. After discussing your requirements, we will provide a customized proposal and quotation based on your event needs.
Your booking will be considered confirmed only after receiving the agreed advance payment and written confirmation from both parties.
Advance Payment
An advance payment is required to secure your event date and initiate planning activities. The booking amount may vary depending on the scale and nature of the event.
Please note that event dates cannot be reserved without the required advance payment.
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be cleared according to the payment schedule mentioned in the agreement. Any additional services requested during the planning process may incur extra charges.
Changes and Modifications
Any changes related to venue, guest count, event schedule, décor, entertainment, or other services should be communicated as early as possible.
While we strive to accommodate all requests, certain modifications may be subject to availability and additional costs.
Cancellation Policy

Avenora Events shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, transportation issues, or other unforeseen events.
